Frank Classen
Managing Director International Travel Support Center
Being a sailor Frank is always finding a way to adjust the sails in order to move forward. Together with the team, he has been able to realize year-on-year growth for the partners of ITSC. Frank has experience in hopitality, aviation, transport, online and paymentsolutions. Frank leads the ITSC team with a strategic focus and offers a solid base for associates to grow and to accelerate.
With a Bachelor in Economics and a Commercial Director career at Renaissance Hotels and Hertz Rent A Car, Frank has the power and the knowledge to lead the ITSC boat on wild oceans and calm seas.

Bauke Boogers
Global Account Director
Already at high school Bauke knew she wanted to work in a dynamic environment with a good mix of sales and travelling. After graduating in tourism management she built up experience in the airline industry before moving into hospitality. Bauke started at ITSC in '98, having the ideal sales role in mind. Nowadays she is managing the Marriott Account at ITSC with a great enthusiasm and passion. When celebrating 15 years with ITSC she felt like it was only the start of so many great years to come. Bauke developed strategic relationships with the key buyers in primary buying locations with the purpose of mapping all revenue streams to grow share and drive revenue and roomnights for Marriott International.
Maarten Pijpers
Director of Sales & Account Management GSA
Maarten Pieter Pijpers is a real sales expert with more than 12 years of experience in different sales areas. Maarten is leading the Hertz Car Rental team, for the business and leisure travel segments via major Travel Management Companies, Tour Operators and Online Partners, focusing on revenue growth, building and maintaining strong customer relationships and getting the most ideal product from our customer Hertz to sell in the markets. Maarten is very ambitious and sets the standards high. He finds a solution to every problem and doesn’t take no for an answer.
Debbie Hendriks
Travel Designer
With a background in the leisure travel travel industry and a wide experience managing key accounts, Debbie started her journey with ITSC being a Global Account Manager for the TMC segment. She was able to grow the portfolio and revenue with impressive numbers. After 6 years, Debbie was ready for a new challenge. With Leisure travel in her blood, ITSC gave her the opportunity to launch a tour operator organisation: Local Touch Travel. A specialist organisation for travelers who seek local experiences. Kelly Doherty
Sales & Account Manager
With a background in both the hospitality,- and airline industry, Kelly brings a wealth of knowledge to the UK team. Kelly is a people-person who aims to build strong business relations with her clients and industry partners. Kelly manages a large portfolio of Travel Management Companies (TMC’s) and has proven to be successful in this intermediary environment. Marketing planning, developing TMC incentives, hosting workshops and presentations and monitoring the bookings of the client portfolio are Kelly’s key focus area.
Romy van Rooijen
Account Manager
After she finished her Tourism Management study, Romy started her career for one year in the recruitment as an account manager. During this year she developed her sales and communication skills. With a passion for the hospitality industry, she applied for the role Global Account Manager for Marriott International at ITSC. Romy is a true team player and prefers working in a dynamic environment. She manages a large portfolio of Travel Management Companies (TMC’s) and is a travel agent training specialist. Marketing planning, developing TMC incentives, hosting workshops and presentations, organizing educationals and monitoring the bookings of the client portfolio are Romy’s main strengths and responsibilities. She manages her job with a lot of enthusiasm.
Leon Mathijssen
Account Manager Hertz Germany & Switzerland
After he finished his bachelor study German, Geographic and Tourism, Leon started his career at NBBS Reizen as a Travel agent, to soon expand his role as Location Manager of 2 successful stores. During this period Leon travelled a lot all over the World to explore, working in leisure was a pleasure!
After that, Leon worked as Unit Manager for BCD Travel where he set-up a VIP desk especially for the supervisory board and Board Members. After 7 years of working in Operations Leon moved to a new role as Account Manager were he found new challenges in Commerce. Being 8 years in this role, it was time to chase a dream to set-up his own company in the catering industry, to finally return in the Travel Industry, in which he has lost his heart!
His main focus at ITSC will be to represent and extend the Hertz Car Rental Business for both Corporate and Leisure Companies in Germany and Switzerland, and building en strengthen the relationships.

Chia-Chi Shen
Business Data Analyst
Being part of the Hertz Car Rental team, Chia-Chi focuses on analyzing and visualizing commercial performance, translating complex business issues into structured data, and optimizing data collecting and reporting processes.
With a master’s degree in Digital Business & Innovation Management at Nyenrode Business University, Chia-Chi started working at ITSC as a Business Data analyst in 2021. Before coming to the Netherlands, she studied Finance and International Business for her bachelor's degree in Taiwan and had three years of experience as an auditor at Deloitte. Having a combined background in finance and digital business, Chia-Chi is passionate about transforming data into meaningful insights. Her detailed-oriented personality and analytical mind add value to increase business performance and efficiency.

Global Account manager
In Q4 of 2022 Esther has started in the Global Account Manager role at ITSC, representing Marriott Hotels International for a portfolio of Corporate Accounts in the Benelux market.
Esther has proven to be a successful player in the Hotel Sales environment with a 6-year experience at the W Amsterdam.
Her enthusiasm, drive, loyalty and spontanety are contributing to the pleasant relationships she has built with both internal and external stakeholders.

Partner manager Benelux
As a key player in the Hertz team, Nathalie is managing the relationship with Travel Management Companies and Tour Operators in the Benelux. Nathalie gained a lot of valuable work experience in the car rental and Tourism industry, where she developed her sales skills. Nathalie likes to build strong customer relationships with the partners and co-operate with them to help the business grow. A dynamic work environment is what she was looking for and we were happy to welcome Nathalie to the team in 2022.

Being the office manager of ITSC, Miranda is an important player in the day-to-day activities of the company.
With over 25 years working experience, of which 21 years at the Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel, Miranda brought valuable knowledge to the ITSC team.
She offers support to the sales team, manages financial tasks and optimizes office procedures.
Miranda has a solution oriented approach, an eye to detail and structured way of working. She's a happy person with a hands-on mentality.
Miranda lives in Amersfoort together with her husband and their little boy Teun.

Joy Kerstens
Global Sales Manager
Specialised in sales with a wide-ranging background in revenue and operations, Joy has been working for Marriott International for over 5 years across different hotel brands and cluster roles in the United Arab Emirates. Before joining ITSC, Joy was Sales Manager Luxury & Leisure at the Mina Seyahi Complex; W Dubai - Mina Seyahi, The Westin & Le Meridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina.
Bringing this great experience back to her home country, Joy was thrilled to further develop her career at ITSC, in the role of Global Sales Manager looking after Group and Leisure opportunities. .
Joy has completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the Hotel Management school in Maastricht. When moving back from Dubai to the Netherlands, she settled in Amsterdam. Outside of work, Joy loves to meet with friends and family. She enjoys exploring new places for restaurants and bars and of course loves to travel and be exposed to new cultures.
Bringing this great experience back to her home country, Joy was thrilled to further develop her career at ITSC, in the role of Global Sales Manager looking after Group and Leisure opportunities. .
